With over 25 years of experience helping women create sustainable wellness systems, I've learned that lasting change comes from practical daily shifts, not complete life overhauls."

With over 25 years of experience in Meditation, Yoga, and well-being, along with certifications in Health Science, Nutrition, and Women's Health, I bring a wealth of knowledge that I’m eager to share. I spent 15 of those years navigating the corporate world, starting as a stressed, overworked junior and rising to a burnt-out sales director. I know first-hand the challenges of juggling it all and what it truly takes to stay at the top of your game - mentally, physically, and emotionally.
