Vedic meditation at the core. Effortless and effective 15-20 minute transcending mantra based meditation integrated into your day. Evidence-based daily habits that stick. Short weekly sessions that help you learn the skill and change the patterns that hold you back from sleep and performance.

With over 25 years of experience in Meditation, Yoga, and well-being, along with certifications in Health Science, Nutrition, and Women's Health, I bring a wealth of knowledge that I’m eager to share. I spent 15 of those years navigating the corporate world, starting as a stressed, overworked junior and rising to a burnt-out sales director. I know first-hand the challenges of juggling it all and what it truly takes to stay at the top of your game - mentally, physically, and emotionally.
