Meet Tiffany

I am an integrative practitioner with a mission: to help you discover the inner peace that resides within you. With over 25 years of experience, my journey has led me to explore and share effective ways to bring calmness, clarity, and joy into everyday life. 

‘Tiffany came into my life when I was at my lowest ebb. Wracked by anxiety, unresolved trauma and the pressures of juggling the multiple roles which have become a signature of modern living. Through her guidance and by maintaining a regular practice I have achieved a clarity and calmness I never anticipated. For me, mindfulness has translated into improved productivity, linear functionality and enabled me to move through my ‘to do’ list each day with focus and actual enjoyment. Mediation

Looking after your emotional wellbeing isn't difficult when shown and taught correctly.

In-fact put into action it will become so effortless, you will wonder why it has taken you so long to start looking after YOU - your number one asset.

I teach a transcending style of meditation, derived from the Vedic lineage. Having tried many styles over the past 25 years, I know Vedic works. I learnt from Tim Brown, the foremost Vedic Meditation teacher in Australia. I knew instantly that I too needed to be a teacher and underwent extensive 12 month training from Tim.

I teach you to have your own practice and to do this I must integrate it into your life.

With over 25 years of experience in Meditation, Yoga, and well-being, along with certifications in Health Science, Nutrition, and Women's Health, I bring a wealth of knowledge that I’m eager to share. I spent 15 of those years navigating the corporate world — starting as a stressed, overworked junior and rising to a burnt-out sales director. I know firsthand the challenges of juggling it all and what it truly takes to stay at the top of your game — mentally, physically, and emotionally.
