Hello, I am Tiffany

Thank you for visiting me here. My mission is simple: to help you uncover the inner peace that’s already within you. 

With over 25 years of experience, my journey has led me to explore and share effective ways to bring calmness, clarity, and joy into everyday life. As a Vedic meditation teacher, wellness advocate, and integrative women's health coach specialising in women’s hormones and nutritional support, I believe that lasting change starts with daily routines, and that small shifts can lead to significant transformation.

MY STORY

I haven’t always been calm. In fact, my own life was filled with challenges. Diagnosed with ADHD as a child I had concentration issues, at times crippling anxiety, and a lack of balance. In my 20s, I was caught up in a cycle of work and partying, always struggling to find an off switch. It wasn’t until my late 20s that I realised this wasn’t sustainable, and that was the beginning of my transformative journey. Through countless sleepless nights, overwhelming anxiety, and poor decisions, I found myself simply “getting by” rather than truly living.

But change is possible, and I am living proof. Today, I am deeply committed to mental, emotional, and physical well-being, helping others create harmony in their lives. Recognising that not all stress-reduction techniques are created equal, I emphasises the importance of finding the right tools for each person’s unique needs. I teach integrative daily practices that support mental wellness and stress relief—tools I’ve tested and refined throughout my own personal experience. I am passionate about guiding you in building a solid foundation so you can weather any storm and create a life filled with joy and balance.

I work with people of all ages, anyone who wants to live a more mindful and fulfilled life. My experience in the corporate world has shown me just how easy it is to overlook self-care, and I’m here to remind you that well-being is essential, not optional. Through meditation, mindfulness, and other stress-reduction techniques, I guide you to find the right tools that work for you.

As a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and teacher, my approach is deeply personal. I share the wisdom I’ve gathered over the years because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a peaceful, healthy life.
